Supply Chain Analyst – Supplier Lifecycle Management

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will support Leidos' ecosystem by managing supplier onboarding and off‑boarding, maintaining accurate supply‑chain data, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. The role is based in Farnborough and requires SC clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate supplier screening, including trade compliance and credit checks.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding, acting as the primary contact for suppliers.
• Maintain the Ecosystem Register and Onboarding Tracker with auditable records.
• Handle NDAs and security requirements in partnership with security teams.
• Monitor supplier lifecycle status, including suspensions and exits.
• Support adherence to supply‑chain procedures, contractual, security, export‑control and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits, assurance activities and evidence collection.
• Analyse supplier data to produce dashboards, metrics and management information for governance forums.
• Provide regular reports on trends, risks, capacity constraints and compliance status.
• Liaise with procurement, security, technical teams and ecosystem stakeholders to answer data and status queries.

Required profile

• SC security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in supplier onboarding, off‑boarding and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain governance, compliance and risk monitoring.
• Proven ability to produce clear analytical reports and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across procurement, security and technical functions.
