Supply Chain Business Controller

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Supply Chain Business Controller to join its Industrial Supply Chain Business Management Team in Broughton. The role supports supply, logistics and transportation operations across Airbus Commercial Aircraft sites, providing financial insight and helping drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Operational Planning activities together with Central Finance teams.
• Monitor budgets and resource plans, delivering clear performance reporting.
• Lead the Supply Chain Operations resource‑management network.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on workforce planning and resource strategies.
• Produce analysis, reports and decision‑making papers for business planning.
• Provide insights on workforce demographics, attrition, diversity and future resource needs.
• Support make‑versus‑buy and competitiveness projects across multiple Airbus locations.
• Improve financial tracking, reporting processes and visibility of business performance.
• Contribute to governance activities and continuous process improvement.
• Assist in developing digital tools, dashboards and reporting solutions.
