Supply Chain Coordinator – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Join a family‑owned international food manufacturer as a Supply Chain Coordinator based in West London. You will support the UK supply chain team, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient stock management for ambient and chilled product ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Forecasting and stock management across the Ambient category.
• Driving forecast accuracy and supporting seasonal demand planning.
• Collaborating with European manufacturing sites to provide UK market insight and improve service levels.
• Analysing sales and supply‑chain data to support commercial decision‑making.
• Managing relationships with third‑party logistics providers to optimise cost and efficiency.
• Working with customer supply‑chain, warehouse, sales and marketing teams.
• Supporting sales systems and order‑flow processes across Ambient and Chilled categories.

Required profile

• Graduate calibre or experience in supply chain, logistics, forecasting, planning or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confident communicator able to build stakeholder relationships.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, resilient and keen to improve processes.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or logistics is advantageous.
