Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast‑growing FMCG business supporting leading UK retailers and international partners. The role offers broad exposure across purchasing, demand and supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics and S&OP, providing a solid foundation for future supply‑chain progression.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Supply Chain and S&OP function.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Procurement and Logistics teams.
• Attend S&OP meetings and assist with reporting, analysis and planning activities.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Liaise with suppliers, retail customers and overseas factories.
• Ensure product data is accurately set up in SAP and internal ERP systems.
• Assist with forecasting, demand and supply planning activities.
• Monitor inventory, stock control and optimisation, and analyse stock positions.
• Provide data analysis, reporting and continuous‑improvement support.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, inventory management, logistics or related functions.
• Familiarity with FMCG environments and retail supply chains.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
