Supply Chain Coordinator – Office Based

About the role

Our client in Hayes is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing, fully office‑based team. You will support the business from production through to shipment, ensuring that manufactured products reach customers on time, within cost targets and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities for manufactured products, from sourcing to shelf.
• Ensure inbound orders are fulfilled on time, meeting cost and quality requirements.
• Maintain and refine demand planning to optimise stock levels while minimising holding costs.
• Oversee customs declarations, freight forwarder performance and logistics provider relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with 3PL warehouses and distribution suppliers to drive performance improvements and cost reductions.
• Produce stock reports and other analytics to support smooth business operations.
• Support Production Coordinators, Sales teams and NAMs/SNAMs with project documentation and day‑to‑day supply‑chain tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage supplier and customer relationships.
• Comfort working in an office setting and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
