Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager at Kinisla, you will own end‑to‑end planning, coordination and execution of supply chain activities for the Portadown site. You will ensure materials, components and finished goods move efficiently and cost‑effectively through procurement, production, warehousing and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site supply‑chain strategy to support production and business objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, materials planning and production scheduling to achieve OTIF performance.
• Manage inventory levels and implement controls to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive risk‑mitigation actions.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate SAP/MRP data and drive continuous process improvements.
• Track key KPIs and provide insights to site leadership, including contingency planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in supply‑chain management or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, production planning and logistics.
• Experience working with SAP, MRP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
