Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at Cantourage UK, you will own the end‑to‑end supply chain function within our Pharmaceutical Operations Unit. You will design, evolve and execute processes that support rapid scale‑up of our regulated medical‑cannabis business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Finance.
• Align demand signals with supply realities, ensuring accurate planning across procurement, operations and commercial teams.
• Define clear ownership and documented boundaries for supply‑chain activities, separating them from the Orders team.
• Conduct gap analyses of existing supply routes, develop KPIs, reporting cadences and senior‑level visibility.
• Own regulated import pathways, maintaining compliance with MHRA licensing, documentation and execution.
• Manage a remote procurement team, driving performance and capability building.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex supply‑chain functions, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimise S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational risk reduction.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
