Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Cast UK Limited is expanding its direct‑to‑consumer business in Leeds and is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead product range oversight, supplier relationships and procurement activities. The role is based in Leeds with a hybrid working pattern (three days in the office and two days remote) and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations.
• Build and nurture relationships with wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers.
• Monitor stock levels, analyse sales trends and develop demand‑forecasting processes.
• Liaise with operations, warehouse and commercial teams to streamline workflows.
• Review, plan and implement process improvements for stock control and purchase‑order timing.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage disruptions and create contingency plans.
• Analyse supply‑chain KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager or Inventory Manager.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or veterinary‑pharmaceutical sector, preferably in retail or wholesale.
• Proven track record of managing key supplier relationships and leading negotiations.
• Strong understanding of stock control, inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and internal teams.

Required skills

• ERP system experience.

• Competitive salary of £80,000‑£90,000 per year.
