Supply Chain Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing health‑food brand that has recently surpassed £1m in revenue and is expanding across D2C and retail channels. As a Supply Chain Manager you will sit at the heart of operations, working directly with the founder to ensure smooth order fulfilment, inventory control and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication across customer service inboxes and respond to trade and D2C queries.
• Handle Shopify order queries, log issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to guarantee on‑time, in‑full deliveries.
• Process and coordinate UK and export trade purchase orders.
• Support invoicing, credit notes and order reconciliation.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners on inventory and delivery schedules.
• Assist with stock forecasting and inventory management.
• Communicate operational updates across internal teams.
• Work directly with the founder on broader operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in operations or supply chain.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with end‑to‑end ownership.
