Supply Chain Supervisor – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports a multinational manufacturer in Harlow, Essex. Reporting to senior management, you will lead warehouse, inventory, shipping and logistics functions to ensure material availability and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities aligned with production and customer requirements.
• Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and logistics.
• Monitor stock levels, material availability and overall supply‑chain performance.
• Resolve supplier or delivery issues and support supplier management.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across inventory, warehousing and logistics processes.
• Lead, coach and develop a small operational team.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and support system processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Based within a commutable distance of Harlow, Essex.

• Salary £50,000‑£60,000 per year.
