About the role
Veritas Education is expanding its secondary staffing team and seeks enthusiastic cover supervisors to support a range of partnership schools in Leeds. This daily, part‑time position offers the chance to gain hands‑on classroom experience while delivering pre‑planned lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school’s policies.
- Deliver pre‑planned work to various classes and age groups, following existing lesson plans.
- Liaise with class support staff to create an engaging and structured learning environment.
- Ensure students stay on task and complete assigned work to the best of their ability.
Required profile
- Students or individuals seeking additional experience in schools.
- Anyone aspiring to a teaching career and wanting more classroom exposure.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow school policies.
