Supply EYFS Teacher – Immediate Start in Margate

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers to join primary schools in Margate on a supply basis. The role starts immediately and offers both long‑term and day‑to‑day placements, allowing you to support children at the start of their educational journey.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, child‑led learning activities within the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and its statutory requirements.
- Enthusiastic, patient and nurturing approach to teaching.
Required skills
- Curriculum planning for early years.
- Classroom management.
- Assessment of early learning progress.
