Supply Manager – Home Claims

About the role

As the Supply Manager for Home Claims you will own the development and management of supplier relationships that support our claims operations. Working across Leicester, London and Bexhill in a hybrid model, you will help drive cost‑effective solutions while safeguarding customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to deliver optimal business outcomes.
• Lead strategic supply‑management initiatives and internal operational workstreams.
• Analyse supply‑chain spend using data, management information and technology tools to identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supplier Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to implement contractual enhancements and service improvements.
• Build and maintain a clear savings pipeline, track benefits and report on commercial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or procurement roles, preferably within insurance or a related regulated sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering material cost savings.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and locations.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
