Supply Primary Teacher – Epsom & Ewell

About the role

We are seeking qualified primary teachers to provide cover across schools in Epsom and Ewell. The position starts as soon as possible, covering the summer term and continuing into September 2026. Flexible, local assignments allow you to balance work and personal life while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lessons following the absent teacher’s plans.
• Supervise and engage pupils during lessons, breaks, lunch, and any additional school routines.
• Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies.
• Take registers, attend assemblies, and perform other day‑to‑day duties of the permanent teacher.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and follow safety and safeguarding protocols.

Required profile

• Qualified Primary Teacher status (QTS), open to early‑career teachers and experienced staff.
• Flexible, adaptable and reliable.
• Punctual, friendly and able to travel across the Epsom and Ewell area.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
