About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Supply Primary Teachers to provide flexible cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a range of primary schools in Tunbridge Wells. The role allows you to choose the days, schools and length of assignments that suit your personal and professional goals, starting in September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the national curriculum to pupils in early years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 as required.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to fit the needs of each school and student group.
- Assess and record pupil progress in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Early‑career teachers (ECTs) or experienced primary teachers.
- Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Passion for inspiring young learners and flexibility to work in different school settings.
Required skills
- Classroom management.
- Curriculum planning and delivery.
- Effective communication with pupils, staff and parents.
