Supply Primary Teacher – Medway & Mid Kent

About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified Primary Teachers for supply positions across Medway and Mid Kent. You will work in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings, covering day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term assignments depending on school needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and maintain curriculum continuity during teacher absence.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure smooth handover of responsibilities.
Required profile
- Qualified Primary Teacher with eligibility to teach in England.
- Experience in teaching KS1 and/or KS2 pupils.
- Flexible availability for day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term cover.
