Supply Teacher – Flexible Primary Teaching Opportunities

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic supply teachers for primary schools across Lambeth, covering areas such as Brixton, Clapham, Streatham and Kennington. The role offers daily, short‑term and long‑term assignments, allowing you to work as little or as much as you prefer while gaining experience in a variety of classroom settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons using existing school plans or your own resources.
- Maintain a positive behaviour environment and manage classroom dynamics.
- Teach across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your experience.
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school cultures.
- Ensure pupils stay motivated and achieve learning objectives each day.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent UK primary teaching experience.
- Confidence teaching across multiple year groups.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Professional, flexible and able to build rapport quickly.
