Supply Teacher – Flexible Secondary School Assignments

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic secondary supply teachers to provide daily cover across a range of subjects in schools throughout Kent. You will deliver engaging lessons without the need for lesson planning or marking, allowing you to focus on classroom interaction and a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons on the day of assignment.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
- Provide reliable cover for short‑term, long‑term or ongoing assignments.
Required profile
- Previous teaching experience in UK schools.
- Confidence teaching across secondary year groups.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Adaptable, reliable and professional attitude.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) welcomed but not mandatory; early‑career and overseas teachers are also encouraged to apply.
