Supply Teacher for Secondary Schools in Shoreham

About the role
Engage Education is seeking qualified supply teachers to support secondary schools in Shoreham, Lancing and Worthing. You will work on a day‑to‑day basis, covering both planned and unplanned teacher absences, often at short notice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour.
- Follow each school’s policies and procedures.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and timetables.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation to deliver high‑quality lessons.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour‑handling abilities.
- Willingness to adhere to and implement school policies.
