Supply Teacher – Immediate Start in Swindon

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic supply teachers to join schools across Swindon on an immediate‑start basis. You will work on a day‑by‑day basis, teaching a range of year groups and key stages while enjoying the flexibility to choose when and where you work.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of each class.
- Maintain effective classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support pupil progress.
- Provide accurate records of attendance and pupil achievement.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher (early‑career or experienced) with the right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work across different year groups and key stages.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Flexibility to accept short‑term, long‑term or daily assignments.
Required skills
- Behaviour management techniques.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to varied school contexts.
