Supply Teacher (Primary) – Devizes & Surrounding Areas

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to cover day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term assignments across Devizes and nearby schools. Both newly qualified teachers (ECT) and experienced staff are welcome to join our flexible pool of educators.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and provide cover for absent teachers.
• Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures.
• Mark student work and provide feedback as required.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth classroom management.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) – other teaching backgrounds considered.
• Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum three‑year reference history.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Reliability, excellent communication and ability to commute to Devizes.
