Supply Teacher – Primary Schools in Havering

About the role
Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to cover immediate vacancies across primary schools in Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham. The role offers flexible daily or longer‑term assignments, allowing you to gain experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups, following existing school plans or adapting them where necessary.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assess pupils’ understanding, provide constructive feedback and record progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience as a supply teacher or primary classroom teacher.
- Strong classroom management, reliability and flexibility to work in different school settings.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality primary education.
