Supply Teacher – Primary Schools (KS1/KS2) – Deal

About the role

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic supply teachers to provide high‑quality classroom cover in primary schools across Deal. The role focuses on Key Stages 1 and 2 and offers immediate start dates with flexible, short‑term assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver well‑prepared lessons across a range of year groups.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and support pupils’ learning and development.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions during cover periods.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
• Experience teaching in primary schools (KS1 and/or KS2).
• Positive, adaptable, and professional approach.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Ability to build quick, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
