Supply Teacher – Secondary (All Subjects)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic secondary supply teachers to join Reed Education's talent pool for the upcoming academic year. This flexible position allows you to work across a range of local schools, covering a variety of subjects and teaching needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide intervention and catch‑up support where required.
- Cover short‑term absences and act as a subject specialist when needed.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary education.
- Flexibility to work across multiple schools in the South East region.
- Ability to start promptly for September placements.
Required skills
- Subject knowledge in secondary curriculum.
- Lesson planning and assessment skills.
