About the role

Reeson Education is partnering with several Good and Outstanding secondary schools in Harrow to build a local pool of qualified supply teachers. The role offers a guaranteed flow of work throughout the academic year, allowing you to work as closely as possible to a full‑time staff member while retaining the flexibility of supply teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons prepared by the regular class teacher.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups as required.

Required profile

• Qualified secondary teacher with the right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to cover a range of subjects and school timetables.
• Ability to work in multicultural, inclusive environments.
• Willingness to follow lesson plans and school policies.
