About the role

Engage Education is seeking qualified supply teachers to work on a day‑to‑day basis in secondary schools across Sevenoaks and surrounding areas. You will cover both planned and unplanned teacher absences, often at short notice, and may be offered Secure Guaranteed Pay contracts.

Key responsibilities

Deliver lesson plans and maintain curriculum continuity during teacher absences.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
Adhere to each school's policies and procedures.
Provide flexibility to cover a range of subjects and year groups as required.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation to deliver high‑quality lessons.
Strong behaviour management abilities.
Ability to follow and implement school policies.
