About the role
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to start in September 2026 across secondary schools in Blackpool and surrounding areas. This temporary role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments in a variety of school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons for your assigned subject or key stage.
- Follow each school's policies and provided lesson plans.
- Create a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
- Adapt quickly to different school cultures and timetables.
- Build constructive relationships with pupils and staff.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
