Supply Teacher – Swindon

About the role

Academics Ltd is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to join schools across Swindon on an immediate basis. The role offers the freedom to choose daily assignments, work with a variety of year groups and key stages, and make a positive impact in both good and outstanding schools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons across different year groups and key stages.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit each school's unique context.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support student progress.
• Provide feedback on student performance and contribute to school reporting.

Required profile

• Early‑career teachers (ECT) or experienced teachers looking for flexible work.
• Willingness to start immediately and take daily assignments.
• Ability to work across multiple schools in the Swindon area.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
