Supply Year 3 Teacher Needed in Dover

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Year 3 teachers to support pupils as they move from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2 in primary schools across Dover. The role can be on a long‑term or flexible supply basis and starts immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across the curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development during the transition to Key Stage 2.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain high standards of conduct.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Experience teaching in primary schools, preferably in Lower KS2.
- Ability to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
- Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for all pupils.
- Enthusiasm, energy and a passion for learning.
