About the role

Key responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a team of child support workers.
• Provide 24‑hour care to vulnerable young people.
• Deliver personal care and administer medication as required.
• Promote a positive parenting role model.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to National Care Standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential setting with young people.
• Flexibility in role duties.
• Strong communication skills.
• Registration under the PVG scheme.
• Full driving licence (required).
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable).
