Support Consultant - D365 Business Central

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Support Consultant to join a leading Microsoft Partner’s managed services team in Glasgow. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV ERP systems, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers receive top‑tier service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 1st‑ and 2nd‑line help‑desk tickets related to D365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
• Troubleshoot system performance problems and perform minor bug fixes.
• Participate in project‑based analysis for new implementations.
• Collaborate closely with customers to deliver effective support and maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Dynamics NAV.
• Ability to resolve issues at a second‑line level.
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem‑solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication, comfortable in a user‑facing environment.
