Support Worker – Adult Care (Full-time)

About the role

Dalesview Partnership is seeking enthusiastic full‑time Support Workers to join its team in Clayton‑le‑Woods (and Leyland). The role involves providing person‑centred care to adults with severe learning and physical disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.
• Assist with moving and handling, personal care, eating and drinking in line with individual care plans.
• Enable service users to access the local community and participate in leisure activities such as swimming, cycling, yoga and more.
• Support the delivery of person‑centred care in accordance with risk assessments and care plans.

Required profile

• Caring, hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to work towards an NVQ level 2/3 qualification.
• Ability to undergo a DBS check.
