Support Worker – Adult Care (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are looking for caring Support Workers to join our Supported Living teams in Merston, Chichester and Bognor Regis. You will provide person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, helping them live independent, fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.
• Encourage independence and develop everyday living skills.
• Provide personal care when required.
• Assist individuals to access community activities, attend appointments and enjoy social outings.
• Apply positive behaviour support approaches to manage behaviours of concern.
• Write accurate daily records and contribute to support plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Caring, compassionate and patient.
• Positive, reliable and motivated to make a difference.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal English.
• Committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
• Experience in care is welcomed but not essential; the right attitude is valued.
