Support Worker – Adult Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our award‑winning team in Wirral. You will help adults with learning, physical and mental health disabilities live independently and participate fully in their community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 personal care on a rotating roster, covering early, late, night and weekend shifts.
• Support individuals with daily activities, appointments and community outings.
• Promote independence by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in health or behaviour.
• Help keep the living environment safe, clean and comfortable.

Required profile

• Kind, compassionate and genuinely interested in caring for people with learning, physical or mental health needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo full training and guidance.
• Full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
