Support Worker – Day & Night Shifts

About the role
Community Integrated Care is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist a young adult living independently in his new bungalow. You will provide person‑centred support, helping him enjoy daily activities and maintain his independence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and medication administration as required.
- Assist with home management tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Support participation in daily activities, hobbies and outings.
- Drive the house vehicle safely when needed.
- Work a mix of day and night shifts, ensuring continuity of care.
Required profile
- Compassionate, energetic and able to build a genuine connection with the individual.
- Valid UK driving licence for vehicle use.
- Willingness to work both day (08:00‑22:00) and night (22:00‑08:00) shifts.
- Commitment to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Required skills
- Medication administration.
- Home‑care and personal‑care techniques.
