Support Worker (Driver) – 1:1 Autism & Learning Disability Support

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Support Worker who also holds a clean UK manual driving licence. You will provide 1:1 support to an individual with autism and a learning disability, helping them engage in employment, volunteering, community activities and daily living tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 support in the service user’s home and in the community.
• Assist with employment, volunteering and other community engagement activities.
• Support daily living tasks such as personal care, meals and household chores.
• Encourage participation in social activities both inside and outside the home.
• Build trusting relationships with the service user, their family and other professionals.

Required profile

• Warm, reliable and proactive attitude with a good sense of humour.
• Valid UK manual driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
