Support Worker Driver – Barnet

About the role

We are seeking a calm, resourceful and energetic Support Worker Driver to join our team in Barnet. You will provide person‑centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping them achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support with personal care, domestic tasks and community access.
• Assist service users in accessing work, education and social opportunities.
• Promote mental, physical and emotional wellbeing through positive engagement.
• Collaborate with each person’s circle of support to empower independence.
• Maintain accurate records and follow health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic about helping others.
• Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all service users.
• Full, clean driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Willingness to undertake training and work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Required skills

• Valid full driving licence (minimum 12 months).
