Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, medication administration, and assistance with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Drive service users to and from community activities, appointments, and outings.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities both on‑site and in the local area.
• Build trusting relationships with service users and their families.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional sleep‑ins, to meet service needs.

Required profile

• Warm, positive, and person‑centred attitude.
• Reliability and enthusiasm for supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time on a flexible schedule.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Full, clean driving licence.
