Support Worker – Female – Hindhead (Full‑time)

About the role

Voyage Care is looking for a caring Female Support Worker to join its residential service in Hindhead. You will work a 36‑hour week on a weekly rota between 7 am and 7 pm, helping adults achieve greater independence and enjoy a richer daily life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
• Teach and reinforce life‑skills such as cooking, budgeting and personal hygiene.
• Support community outings, shopping trips and social activities.
• Facilitate in‑home activities including art, cookery and recreational games.
• Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with the team.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Hands‑on, caring attitude and ability to work within a dynamic team.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Commitment to promoting independence and confidence in service users.
