About the role
Join Community Integrated Care as a Support Worker and help individuals live independently in their own homes. This bank‑type position offers flexible, casual shifts that can be fitted around your existing commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Administer medication safely where required.
- Support home management tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Facilitate and accompany individuals on outings and recreational activities.
- Build lasting, one‑to‑one relationships with the people you support.
Required profile
- Compassionate, caring attitude with a genuine desire to improve others' quality of life.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of day, night and sleep‑over shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Required skills
- Medication administration (where applicable).
- Basic home‑care skills such as personal hygiene support and household tasks.
