Support Worker – Flexible Shifts, £12.72/hr

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking caring individuals to join our Sanderling House team in Formby as Support Workers. You will help adults with acquired brain injury live more independently while working within a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing and grooming.
• Teach and reinforce daily living skills to promote independence.
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, restaurants and community activities.
• Facilitate recreational activities including games, film sessions and outings to the cinema.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals, from preparing meals to planning holidays.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for improving the quality of life of the people you support.
• Willingness to learn and develop care‑related skills.
• Flexibility to work any shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• No prior experience required, but a caring attitude is essential.
