About the role

Join Avenues Group as a Support Worker in Tadley, providing person‑centred care to individuals with complex health needs and learning disabilities. This full‑time position offers a salary of £25,845 per year and fully funded training, including Health and Social Care Diplomas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist service users to live independently and engage with their community.
• Support communication by speaking clearly, slowing down when needed and using appropriate language.
• Help with money management, household tasks, shopping and personal care.
• Encourage connections with family, friends and local activities.
• Drive the service vehicle between two nearby sites when required (full UK manual licence desirable).

Required profile

• Genuine interest in supporting people with health and learning needs.
• Flexibility in communication style and willingness to adapt.
• Ability to work varied shifts and manage changing daily tasks.
• Full UK manual driving licence is desirable.
