Support Worker – Full‑time, Barnet

About the role

As a Support Worker for Riverside Group you will work on‑site at Bevatone House, Barnet, helping vulnerable customers rebuild their lives. You will act as a bridge between clients and a range of support services, providing practical assistance and emotional encouragement.

Key responsibilities

• Connect customers with employability coaches, benefits advisors and other support agencies.
• Assist clients with money management, benefit applications and moving into permanent housing.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and interventions.
• Work a rolling rota covering early and late shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Required profile

• Experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged people.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver structured support and manage risk.
• Empathetic, resilient and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including lone working when required.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic administrative abilities for record‑keeping.
