Support Worker – Full‑time Care Assistant (Isle of Wight)

About the role

All Care Services is looking for compassionate Support Workers to join its home‑care team across the Isle of Wight. You will provide person‑centred assistance to older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. The role offers a supportive environment with grouped visits, advanced rotas and minimal travel gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Perform light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Shop for food and essential supplies.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and encourage social interaction.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance for block‑paid roles (non‑drivers welcome for hourly positions).
• Availability for AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills and a caring attitude.
