Support Worker – Full‑Time Care Assistant (UK)

About the role

Join All Care Services as a Support Worker providing person‑centred care to older adults across the Isle of Wight. No prior experience is required – you will receive full training and support to help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including assistance with bathing and dressing.
• Prepare simple meals and carry out basic cooking.
• Perform light household tasks such as tidying and laundry.
• Shop for food and essential supplies.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance for block‑paid roles (non‑drivers welcome for hourly positions).
