About the role
Join our Sunderland team to support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will help service users develop confidence, independence and personal effectiveness in daily life.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Support development of social skills, relationships and community participation.
- Maintain safety, security and comfort in users' homes.
- Help users claim benefits, budget and manage personal finances.
- Administer and monitor prescribed medication.
Required profile
- Warm, caring and compassionate attitude.
- Commitment to empowering people to live independent, fulfilling lives.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in the UK.
