Support Worker – Hindhead

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking caring and hands‑on Support Workers for its residential service in Hindhead. You will help individuals gain independence and improve their quality of life while working within a dynamic, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Teach and encourage new life‑skills, such as cooking, budgeting and community engagement.
• Plan and accompany clients on outings, social activities, and recreational events.
• Support clients in accessing local services, attending appointments, and participating in community life.
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

• Competitive hourly rate £14.03‑£15.53 plus overtime and evening/weekend enhancements.
