About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents in participating in community, leisure, and social activities.
• Support and celebrate special occasions and events.
• Facilitate effective communication, adapting to each individual's needs.
• Promote independence and personal growth through tailored activities.

Required profile

• Passionate about caring for people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs.
• Open to working rotational shifts (37.5 hours per week).
• Experience in social care is valued but not mandatory; new entrants are welcome.
• Commitment to an inclusive, respectful, and diverse workplace.
