Support Worker

About the role

We Care Bespoke Ltd is seeking caring, reliable and resilient Support Workers to join our team in Redcar. You will provide person‑centred, trauma‑informed support to children and young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs, helping them build confidence, independence and life skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver support in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist children and young people with daily living skills, education, appointments and community activities.
• Use de‑escalation techniques and positive behaviour support when required.
• Maintain accurate daily records, incident reports and safeguarding notes.
• Collaborate professionally with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Kind, patient, reliable, resilient and professional.
• Ability to stay calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and night‑ins.
• Previous experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable individuals.
