About the role

Join a specialist care home in Weston‑super‑Mare providing high‑quality, person‑centred support for residents with complex physical and mental health needs. This full‑time, temporary contract role involves assisting individuals with daily routines while promoting independence, safety and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, mobility assistance and mealtime support in line with individual care plans.
• Maintain a calm, stable environment and respond sensitively to changing resident needs.
• Support structured daily routines and ensure a well‑organised residential setting.
• Build positive relationships with residents, fostering wellbeing and confidence.
• Collaborate closely with the wider care team to uphold safety and quality standards.

• Previous care experience or relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £12.71‑£13.21.
• 40.25 hours per week with alternate weekend shifts (06:45‑19:00).
